Equipment Forfeiture Policy Information

Dear Valued Customer,

We appreciate your trust in us for your equipment service needs. To ensure transparency and clarity regarding our policies please see our forfeiture policy for paid or unpaid equipment left with us for service. We will try to communicate with your at the best of our abilities during that time.

Policy Overview:

• Unclaimed Equipment: Any equipment left for service at our premises and remains unclaimed for more than three (3) months will be considered forfeited.

• Storage Fees:

• The first month of storage is provided free of charge as a courtesy.

• For the subsequent two (2) consecutive months, a storage fee of $150 per month will be applicable.

Action Required:

If your equipment remains unclaimed after the three-month period, it will become the property of the service provider and may and will be sold to recover invested time, materials and labour.

Effective Date:

This policy is effective as of Mar 1, 2024. Any equipment left on or after this date will be subject to this policy.
