Warranty: not DOA within 3 days of arrival.

If DOA within 3 days after arrival, will be replaced for free at our expense with the same, similar or better model of the same size.

If not working after 3 days and up to 60 days, under warranty we will repair or replace the freezer at no cost other than transportation cost to

us, for which will be flat rate of $275 from customer location to our location. Customer can choose to use their own transportation to us, this

will be of no charge to the customer. Shipping costs from our location to customer location is covered under warranty.

Freeze is guaranteed to work and reach at least -80C (and -86C with light load) when loaded upto the half of its capacity with liquid. The bigger

load in the freezer the longer it takes to reach ultimate temperature.

This is subject to environmental conditions such ambient room temperature and clean air, which affect cleanness of the filter. Filter must be

cleaned every so often that it is not covered with layer of dust. Normal room temperature should be between 15C to 25C. Freezer will still

operate between 5C and 32C but performance cant be guaranteed with ambient temperatures above 25C and full load.

The freezer will be tested prior to departure and relevant picture and video will be available to the customer.
