Stirring is the process of increasing speed of the reacting by exposing more area of reacting matters to each other. Stirring greatly increase reaction time and someone reaction without stirring may be even impossible. There are multiple different stirring mechanisms, most popular are magnetic stirrers and overhead stirrers.
