FMI Pumps QD Series, industrial chemical pump is Ideal for general lab and industrial use. Featuring high speeds and high flow rates up to 2208 mL/min in either direction.

FMI Pumps feature the patented CeramPump® valveless piston pumping technology. The CeramPump® positive displacement design has one moving part in the fluid path, a sapphire-hard ceramic piston to perform all fluid control functions.

The elimination of valves minimizes downtime or the need for re-calibration and our long term drift-free performance delivers millions of “trouble-free” cycles at 1% precision or better.

1. Physical characteristics of your pumped fluid may affect the rating/capacity relationships shown in the performance tables for each FMI pump.

2. The maximum flow rates shown in the tables are for H2O at 2 psig.

3. Flow rates are infinitely variable from zero to maximum capacities shown.

4. Pumping capacities are reduced approximately 18% when the Pump Drive Module is operating on a 50 Hz electrical supply.

5. Fluorocarbon cylinder cases (Q line only) are rated for a maximum pressure of 60 psig or the lower pressure shown in the charts.

6. 3/8″ I.D. tubing or greater is required for flows higher than 500 mL/min.

7. 1/2″ I.D. tubing or greater is required for flows higher than 1200 mL/min
