When you purchase any used equipment from LabCradle your have 3 days DOA warranty counting from the day of physical receipt of the goods unless stated otherwise guaranteeing complete replacement of repairs at our expense. All new equipment is warrantied by respective manufacture. All equipment is for scientific and we accept absolutely no refund returns considering potential use of hazardous chemicals or bio-hazard. If you think you ordered equipment in error or your needs changed we will not let you hanging out dry, we will work with you to make arrangements necessary so you get your process running. Please, do your research accordingly before purchasing anything from us. We can work with you and consult you before you order, to select correct equipment for your needs. We may or may not be the manufacture's designated service center. There are no returns on any equipment that have been specifically designed, made or purchased for you. There is no exchange nor refund nor absolutely no warranty except DOA on any glassware. DOA must be reported within 24 hours from they time it was delivered, otherwise DOA on glass policy is null and void. We work and ship glassware for the last 20 years across the world. Practically never it was damaged in transportation.  Some custom glassware may and will require non refundable deposit or prepayment. We will always work with you to achieve win-win situation. If customer loses we lose. But loosing is the path to winning, when we loose we learn a lesson.
