Beakers are essential part of any laboratory starting with analytical testing and raw experimentation. Beakers can be heated, chilled, swirled and have low susceptibility to temperature changes and breakage. Usually they have measuring lines to determine amount of test matter. Can be used with magnetic or overhead stirrers. Sizes start from 10ml and go all the way up to 10L. There is no imperial graduation available on beakers. Usually beakers have a spout for easy transferability of liquid materials.
